General Requirements

Roofing Foreman - Production

  • Effectively communicate with Project Managers and customers
  • Effectively manage crew members
  • Operate and maintain a variety of motorized roofing equipment, tools, and vehicles
  • Understand and implement a roofing plan/specs, read and interpret architectural drawings (blueprints)
  • Install a variety of commercial roofing systems (EPDM, PVC, TPO, etc.)
  • Coordinate deliveries with office staff/suppliers on a timely basis
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
  • Maintain health and safety guidelines according to company policy and OSHA requirements
  • Previous Foreman experience is a plus

Roofing Foreman - Repair Technician

  • Effectively communicate with Repair Supervisor, Project Managers, and customers
  • Effectively manage crew members
  • Operate and maintain a variety of motorized roofing equipment, tools, and vehicles
  • Ability to investigate commercial and/or residential roofs for defects and implement repairs accordingly.
  • Install a variety of commercial roofing materials (EPDM, PVC, TPO, etc.)
  • Install a variety of residential roofing systems (shingles, slate and tile, wood and shakes, gutters, etc.)
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
  • Maintain health and safety guidelines according to company policy and OSHA requirements
  • Previous Foreman experience is a plus

Roofing Journeyman - Production

  • Ability to follow directions from Foreman effectively
  • Ability to lift/move materials, operate motorized rooftop equipment and tools

  • Install a variety of residential roofing systems (shingles, slate and tile, wood and shakes, gutters, etc.)
  • Bi-lingual is a plus

Laborer/Trainee

  • Ability to follow directions from Foreman effectively
  • Ability to lift/move materials, operate motorized roofing equipment and tools as directed
  • Bi-lingual is a plus

Estimator

  • Timely, accurate, and competitive estimating, bidding, selling, and managing roofing projects
  • Knowledge of various commercial flat roofing systems, materials, and construction processes
  • Prior commercial roofing Foreman/Supervisor experience is a plus
  • Prior estimating experience is preferred
  • Read and interpret architectural drawings (blueprints) and specifications
  • Proficient in use of PC and Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to learn and utilize estimating software (i.e. ConstructConnect Takeoff)
  • Working knowledge of CAD software is a plus
  • Strong math skills are required, effective oral and written communication skills preferred
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers, General Contractors, manufacturers, and distributors
  • Manage projects for customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Understand and stay up-to-date on design requirements, codes, and materials
  • Valid driver's license is required
  • Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, lift a carry a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Other duties may be requested to meet the ongoing needs of our organization

Office Manager

  • Human Resource management, including interviewing potential employees, onboarding, and accurate maintenance of employee records.
  • Supervise, schedule, and train staff for adequate office coverage.
  • Customer service, including phone and email correspondence and in-person communication.
  • Office management, including office equipment maintenance, ordering office supplies and office cleaning management.
  • Support for company personnel, including bid document preparation, contracts and sub-contracts, change orders, job files, and assisting the Bookkeeper as needed.
  • Management of insurance claims, OSHA logs, and safety inspections for production jobs.
  • Coordinate crane scheduling, job site and yard material deliveries, and purchase orders.
  • Skills & Abilities:
  • Prioritize multiple ongoing projects with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Effective and professional oral and written communication with customers, fellow employees, and vendors.
  • Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, email, phones, and other office technology tools.
  • Experience with accounting and payroll skills and software.
  • Notary Public is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bilingual is a plus, specifically Spanish.
